Afrihost - poor service with fibre relocation.

I had Afrihost Fibre at a previous address. I tried to relocate the fibre to my new address which already has a fibre connection. I have been given the run-around by their *********** help desk. I asked for migration on 25 June, and nothing has happened to date, Today i was told to re-apply. They just are not that great. It is painful trying to get them to sort out an easy task!! I think their helpdesk needs more training.
