Afrihost - Poor Service - Rather go direct to ISP

Very fast signup for Fibre services, but after service is terrrible. Day 3 now and my fibre is still down. I have been logging calls everyday because the tickets are automatically closed since the fault has been resolved, which it hasn't. when i log a call again, i get the message wait 24-48 hours for a feedback from their 3rd party provider. Why didn't i just go direct to the Fibre provider instead of going to Afrihost. One of the many ticket numbers - 234BNK211123
