Afrihost poor service delivery

Paid R918 into my pre-paid account and another R458.85 debited from my account.After more than 20 emails,my line still inactive.50% of the time they say from their side it shows everything is okay and 50% of the time they say I need to make a payment.I even send them POP to show that they debited my account and they got the payment.The keeps on showing " Connected without internet " I just reversed the debit order.Will never deal with them again and will never ever recommend them to anyone.Lets see how long they gonna take to refund my R918.
