Afrihost poor service complaint

From CEO, to management, to officials-a nightmare. For 2 months they refusing to cancel my contract yet they fail to accept they continually Rob their clients of WiFi data. They are too expensive with data and too expensive with service. Terrible business experience with Gian (CEO), have spoken to 2 officials and finance manager but none is implementing my resolve.
