Afrihost poor service

Deciding to go with Afrihost was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. We app**** for fibre from them on 06/09/21 they only came to install the fibre on 04/10/21 after alot of calls an queries raised. Now that the fibre line is in we cant get the connection up and running, we have spoken to numerous people to assist but we just get told they whould revert back to us. It is impossible to get answers from the customer service and they don't care about sorting out the customer it is just another call to them and you just get told they don't have a answer for you you must wait. THEY ARE PATHETIC.
