Afrihost poor service

I have received very poor service from Afrihost over the past weeks. As a new customer I regret signing up with them. They have made so many mistakes and their communication to their customers is seriously lacking. After signing up and paying weeks ago, I cannot seem to get my router. I have now been told that they forgot to pack it at the Warehouse last week so I must wait another 3-5 days for ot to be delivered to my house. I received an sms from the this morning saying that the fibre line could take 4-6 weeks to be installed when it was installed already!!! When you whatsapp Afrihost, all you get is generic messages sent to you and apologies when the person cannot give you solid answers. I am more than frustrated with Afrihost. Is this how they will continue to treat me goimg forward when I have a problem? Very disappointing indeed
