Afrihost poor service

Afrihost charges for a delivery of a device when I told them that there could not be fibre installed at my premises due to the accessive amount of money it would cost to get infrastructure to my property...I informed them 4 days before delivery to cancel the device but they neglected to do so and now they are holding me liable to pay for the delivery after I gave them.enough time to cancel...I have no idea why they indicate that my property is eligible for fibre installation when it needs more than 300meters of trenching and cabling to make it possible and on top of that they expect me as the client to pay for more than R24000 for this infrastructure that would benefit their company
