Afrihost Poor Service

I have no idea why they have operators taking calls... they cannot help you and they never get back to you. 3 weeks and still no connection... oh yes and no management working there as I am still waiting on a call back from them. 6 years I have been a customer and they cannot even call me back or let me speak to a senior person. After several calls from my side and still nothing. Don't use them rather get a proper service provider that takes care of their customers. Afrihost is a joke. Read the reviews.
