Afrihost poor service

Haven’t even had our fibre line for a week and it goes down they say they can’t get anyone out to us for 48 hours and there’s no guarantee. A brand new line goes down in a week and we can’t have it fixed for more than 2 days, how is this a good service provider and is this what we have to deal with in the future? We have a business to run
