Afrihost Poor Service

Since the 20th of November my fibre line has been down without any connectivity. I have raised a ticket which has not been resolved. Being from pillar to post. Absolutely shocking service, I wonder if this is dished out evenly or there is preference of clients. I have never been so frustrated that I have to write such review.
