Afrihost Poor Service

Worst experience ever! I pay for LTE 400GB package on a month to month basis. Last month, I happen to be downloading large files using the previous month's data and remain with about 20GB. This months debit order kicks in mid February and guess what - my internet speeds ahave been throttled to about 20-50kB/s since the 18th of February. Am I not supposed to use the data I PAY for? I am never using this company again! If you want a good and stable internet service, STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST!
