Afrihost Poor Service

Joined Afrihost on 01 February 2025 after leaving the previous ISP service provider after 9 years due to poor service lately. Internet worked well for 4 days and then disconnected. After more than an hour with one of their technicians unplugging this and that cable and switching off and on nothing and the technicians disappear without further assistance. Called them and they informed there is an outage issue in my area. 4 hours later and nothing is shown on their app that there is an outage issue. Called again to hear that now it is a B number issue with Openserve and has been since the start from being disconnected. Is this how Afrihost conduct their business and services to Clients. If I did not follow-up then probably would still be sitting and waiting, and they would have done nothing to resolve although they knew their customer had a problem. Poor pathetic service after less than a week!! Happy to move to someone else.
