Afrihost poor service

I have been living in a new house in Faerie Glen and had my office here for more than a year now, and our internet has been terrible. I have complained so many times, and every time I am told to reset and that they will report to relevant dept, but nothing changes. Affecting my productivity tremendously. Yet I have to pay for extremely slow and intermittent internet every month.
