Afrihost poor service

I've received poor service many times in my life, but i must say the worst I've ever experienced has to be from Afrihost. I've spent a total of 4 hours on the phone trying to get help.......3 of those hours are spent holding. They are quick to blame the infrastructure provider and wash their hands off any connection issues. For an entire month ......dololo connection.

Come end of the month, they debit my account for services not rendered.

When I threatened to move to Cool Ideas, they bid me farewell and asked me to pay R1000 for their router......didn't even bother asking why I'm leaving.
