Afrihost poor service

I signed up for Afrihost fibre, instructing them I need the service by 26 October. Afrihost installed the service earlier, and although I haven't used it, they still billed me pro-rata.

Live-support is never online. After not responding to my email ticket ( [#LIT- ********** 6] ) I phoned them. The person said they will refund me. Now, 3 days later, they rep**** to this ticket via email and indicate they charge from when the service was installed, contradictory to the reply I received.

The lack of support is astonishing. Expected much better. Seems Telkom is not so bad after all.... Don't recommend them for anything.
