Afrihost - poor problem-solving
Afrihost was contacted early on Sunday morning about the absence of internet to my house and they promised to resolve the matter in 24 hours. I made it clear that I conduct business online by training and 3 days later, there is still no resolution.
I have spoken to numerous agents on WhatsApp, email and telephonically and each gives conflicting information and diagnoses. They have a generic, "we understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience" response. Supervisors are unavailable all this time leaving agents to make excuses.

05 Mar 2025, 18:10Today Afrihost began blaming Mitsol for not responding to them within the stipulated 24 hours. They first **** to me that the fault was logged yesterday only. I have it in writing, and confirmed by their own agents, that the fault was logged on Sunday.
Despite trying to speak to Supervisors from yesterday, they are not available to tend to my downed internet. They just don't care that I am losing business every single day because of them.
I asked an agent to call Mitsol but they said it's not allowed. Another agent, who actually tried to help me, offered to call Mitsol, contrary to the other's comments. Mitsol said it's because I am using a UPS which is untrue. No one called me day 4 without internet because I don't matter to them and nor does their commitment to me.
