Afrihost - Poor internet nightmare

Good Afternoon, I am very unhappy, I have been trying to sort out my internet for the last week, I have logged a support call with Kamo (#AYE-***3). Kamo logged a call with Vumatel after I spent 2 hours doing all sorts of resets and ping plotters with 20 screenshots. Kamo logged a call: IS****3482 LAST WEEK.

No one has gotten back to me. So I called yesterday and spoke to Thembisa, which promised to get back to me, and obviously has not.!!!!! I need this issue sorted out, and I depend on the internet to do my JOB!!! PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!!!!
