Afrihost - Poor customer service

I ordered fibre with Afrihost and a debit order of R999 went through which was suppose to reverse but never did, I then got in contact with them and credit note was created and I was told it would take 7-14 days for it debit order to reverse. Tt is now 14 days and no reversal has been done and when I called them I was told they are not aware of the credit note. This is so Unprofessional
