Afrihost poor customer care and service.

I requested an migration from afrihost around the 18th of June to have my internet relocated to my new adress and to be functional on the 28th of June 2024. It is now the 4th of July 2024 and i still don't have any internet access. I have made countless calls to Afrihost and no one seems to be able to help me amd get it sorted out. All they can say is they are waiting for vumatel. But nothing else gets done to make urgency of the matter as my isp who we pay for service that is none existent. I have been a long standing client of afrihost with 2 fibre packages and a hosting service but am now strongly considering to find a new fibre and hosting provider that actually cares for the people paying them.
