Afrihost poor after sale service

Poor customer service. They take hours to respond to their WhatsApp lines and all they every is apologize. This company maybe offer good products but after sale service is the poorest I have seen of well established companies. Their call line is almost always closed and then they refer to WhatsApp line where there’s no one to respond. If your internet is out on a Saturday with Monday long public holiday, you will have no internet the whole weekend. This is worst I have seen.
