Afrihost please refund me ***

I need everyone to know how Afrihost ****s people off their last cent. I've app**** for vumatel fiber well I was asked to deposit money using Afrihost banking details. I've done that and I was told that vumatel agent will be sent to my location to install fiber, the guy came and he complained that the pole was full/packed so he won't be able to make installation for me since then I've been waiting😢 they later on sent me signing_in details for my wife claiming that my installation was done. I tried communicating with them but they'd send me from pillar to post like a headless chicken. I want Afrihost to refund me as soon as possible. I am ****ed 😤
