Afrihost - Pathetic service & ***** your money

I'm not really sure where to start with these guys, they are absolutely shocking. i ordered a fibre line from them on the 4th of April. Openserv installed the line on the 7th of April. Afrihost then debited my account for R417 .90 on the 11th of April. I am still waiting for my router??????? Their customer service is appaling. The wait times for their call centre (if its even working) is almost an hour. i have managed to speak to 1 customer service agent in about 10 attempts, he promised someone would call me back..... Guess what i'm still waiting. How are they entitled to debit my account when they have not completed my order? despite numerous emails & messages left no-one has yet contacted me. Truly pathetic service. If i could actually get hold of someone I might tell them to keep their router & shove it where the sun dont shine. Be very careful with doing any business with this crowd, their customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
