Afrihost pathetic service

Pathetic service received from Afrihost. Signed up with them end of August, some days completely without connection, some days so poor I cannot get any work done. Tried to get answers from them via whatsapp without luck. I've sent numerous e-mails, received no response. Fed up with their pathetic service.
