Afrihost Pathetic Service

Afrihost line is down again now two days. No response to HELP sms request. No line to contact to report the issue. Send an email and you receive a response days later with an apology. Between Vumatel and Afrihost I honestly don't know who's service is more pathetic. Extremely poor customer service!!! Lock the customer in a contract and you have no choice...
