Afrihost pathetic service

I would just like to say that the service is pathetic. Fibre team at Afrihost is unable to connect me but I have already been billed pro-rata for the rest of the month. I have spoken to numerous people at call center and chatted to them on facebook. I was promised call backs but still waiting. I have now requested to cancel my package and I am hoping I will receive a response.
