Please let me know what is going on with this? I am paying you once again and still have no internet?

Can you please advise as to why ANOTHER debit order has gone off my account if I cancelled everything? This is unacceptable. Please arrange for a refund with your accounts department or get someone to contact me. The service I have received from Afrihost has been shocking and I will not hesitate to take further action.
