Afrihost - Pathetic experience

<p>How is this possible?</p> <p>I ordered the sim card in December, you could not deliver the sim card for unknown reasons, I phone in January to find out why I am getting billed, they say they will cancell and credit. It is now May I am still getting charged. Phoned 4 times in the last week, finally get an email saying Afrihost will only credit me two months seeing as that they can't find the Sim card and believe I have had and been using it since December?? They cant even provide proof of delivery.</p> <p>Your service is absolutely pathetic and I'm warning everyone against this thieving company.</p>
