Afrihost pathetic call centre

Afrihost, your service is by far the worst in the industry. Your frontline staff (call centre) are being paid for nothing. You are losing business due to your frontline staffs sheer arrogance and lack of providing a service to your customers. In 3 months i have had techs out to sort my line out. i am another customer that is saying goodbye after almost 2 years with you. Seems you and Home affairs are in the running for providing the worst service award.
