Afrihost Pathetic at Customer Service

I app**** for my Firbre service October 2017, my installation was done in January by their partners Vumatel. Vumatel did a very untidy installation, when I complained they said I need to pay to have it redone. I had to make do with that. Since late April 2018 I started having connection problems, I called Afrihost they said use wats app its quicker. I have all my conversations recorded. Till today nothing has been done about it, what make matters worse they did not even record my enquiry. The accounts people called and said that if I dont pay they will cancel my subscription and I would need to reapply if i needed their service again, I have paid for 2 and a half months waiting for them to resolve my issue. Is this the Afrihost that so proudly boasts their business.
