Afrihost passing the bucket

I have been without internet for about 2 weeks now.<br> I have made numerous contacts with afrihost to try and find out what the problem is and when it will be back on again.<br> Without any real help their response in the end comes to the fault is not with them but with telkom but afrihost does not do any real effort to realy help with the situation, they just keep passing the bucket for about 2weeks now.<br> A guy from telkom was at our house but it didnt realy seem he knows what the problem is, this was the 17feb 2016 and since then afrihost still is not any help with their responses.<br> I have contacts that are using mweb as a isp and they have no problem, if something comes up whether its mweb or telkom, Mweb immediately sorts it out for them, no hassle no 2weeks waiting or empty promises.<br> I want this fixed before next week otherwise i am considering moving.<br> I will also not be paying the full account for afrihost as i have made it clear to them i have not have internet for 2weeks and they cannot charge me for something they are aware of and nothing is being done
