Afrihost passing the buck

We requested our fibre line to be moved. It was and is upon and running. Problem is the previous tenant took the ONT box so we ordered a new one. 16 days later and despite numerous days, an hour each day, online with Afrihost to find out when we can get the ONT installed they keep passing the buck and blaming Openserve. We don't pay Openserve we pay Afrihost for the service but all there operators can say, is "we can't give a date" . Useless and poor, actually no customer service
