Afrihost overcharged my account

<p>I cancelled my mobile data with Afrihost only to keep my internet hosting. My request was specific and clear that only my hosting of R29p/m should be kept active. I made sure that funds was available only for debits that was due and was charged an additional R99 which forms part of my mobile date. Additional cost of a R115 was charged to my bank account for the returned debit order and after 4 days and numerous emails with proof of cancelation and bank account being overdrawn Afrihost does not respond. This not only affects my account negative and credit rating but also caused me to loose an amount of R115 for an overdrawn amount. This is not acceptable!!</p>
