Afrihost ordeal

I have been trying to transfer my account to my new address. It was supposed to happen on the 19 June after providing ample notice. It is now the 10 of July and am still being held to ransom. Every time I speak to them it is a new agent with a new story. It started with that the previous person?ISP at this address did not release the line. Where are now is that the address is wrong on their system. I have send proof of address about 5 times. I cannot see progress. Progress is when my line is working this side. They always apologise but it rings hollow.
