Afrihost operates under false pretenses

Afrihost are not ethical and are hiding behind ambiguous terms and conditions. They offer a month to month Fibre package service but if you aren't able to pay for the new month your service is suspended which is expected how ever when you are able to reactivate the service a month later they charge you for the month you did not get to utilise while the service was suspended and as well as for the month you are going to use the service for. How can you charge people for services which was not utilized. The staff is *********** and not equipped to understand the problem posed to them in order to resolve the issue. This company should not be in business as a service provider if they can to rob people of their hard earned money. No one in this current economic climate can afford to lose money let alone get money ****** from them.
