Afrihost - Openserve. Shocking service

Shocking service. Fiber off for 3 days. They keep saying they will send someone out... no one yet still down. We working from home and kids online with school. No service from them. Also in this review I will have to add. Openserve they are the fiber service.

Between the two of them we are down for 3days. Ridiculous
