Afrihost openserve fibre

We app**** 11 Jan for openserve fibre through afrihost, until this day our fibre line or ONT has not been installed eventhough our account was debited 3 times already, for delivery of the router, 2 weeks pro rata, and a monthly installment! With no no feedback after numerous correspondence from our side to afrihost, no contact or communication from afrihost or Openserve. We as the client are stuck in the middle it looks like, because there is no communication it seems like between afrihost and openserve. We are almost a month later after innitial application, this amount to breach of contract!
