AFRIHOST / OPENSERVE

What terrible service from Afrihost! I was informed in Jan 2019 that Fibre has been rolled out to my area and that I can pre-order my internet package. Which I have done. Every week I have to followup when the fibre will be installed at my home only to be informed that Openserve is busy and will contact me. After more than a month and a half I get an Email stating that sorry the infrastructure is not been rolled out in my area and they can not tell me when it will be done. I have cancelled my previous internet provider based on the timeline provide by Afrihost only to now hear that sorry they cant tell me when it will be done by Openserve! And now I don't get any feedback from them. They were suppose to call me Yesterday as they don't respond to my email but still not word!
