AFRIHOST / OPEN SERVE LINE MIGRATION NIGHTMARE!!

I have requested line migration from OpenServe to Afrihost on the 22nd of October - I was told that it will take 24 - 48 hrs - it has been a WEEK and no-one can assist me. I am spending time and money to contact Afrihost DAILY and still no internet connection. They only log tickets and the next day I get told the same story - they are still waiting. There is no manager or technician I may speak to. This is horrible service. I moved ISP's specifically for better service and it has been a week without ANY service or internet at all.
