Afrihost on its way out?

Used to be my go to place for internet services and great customer service - but as of late the service is absolutely terrible. Is something happening in the background that we don't know about; like are they on their way out? Been waiting for my fibre line to be activated for weeks now. Just doing a basic search on the net - streams and streams of bad reviews all over...
