Afrihost Now Changes Your Account Passwords if Anyone in the World Makes a Request

It has come to my notice that Afrihost client zone people change your account password even when you say they have no permission to do so on phone or in writing. Please be careful. It means anyone can change your access password, copy your credit card details and to u won't even know about it till massive money transacted on your credit card.

I have requested a transfer of the domain, which sent a transfer code to the new owner. so instead of using the code to create the account, they changed my client zone password in spite of me saying no they have no permission to do so.

It is clear that Afrihost has untrained staff who do not respect anyone's privacy, open the account for anyone to copy your credit card information.
