Afrihost - Not understanding and eager to disconnect services

It's been a nightmare trying to get them to change the debit order, being a pensioner and receiving money on the 10th each month, I have been trying to arrange some sort of arrangement with them because my account would go into a 10day arrears before I could make the payment, at 1st they would give that 21 day grace period before suspension which was appreciated but now all services get suspended day 6, I have never not paid them or paid them after the 15th, even if we had connection issues for weeks on end
