AFRIHOST - NOT SURE WHAT YOUR PEOPLE ARE DOING

It has been two weeks since my Wi-Fi installation. Afrihost has deducted the debit order from my bank account . Gomolemo sent an email to say that the router was delivered and for three days I ahev been emailing him to say that I have not received anything. Then I was promised on Friday 2 Dec. that delivery will be Monday. Monday 5 Dec. came and went - no delivery. received an sms to say that they went to incorrect address. I called the courier and waited on the phone for 30 minutes only to be told delivery will be today 6 Dec - no delivery. Called Afrihost and spoke to Kwaito on *** and she dropped the call on me. Called again and spoke to Cynthea who said she will call be back. 45 minutes later and nothing. Afrihost is sitting with my money without delivering what was promised
