Afrihost not so good anymore

I app**** for Openserve/Afrihost on 29 March 2023. I already have fibre that needs to be migrated from Frog Foot to Open Serve. Easy, I thought. As on 11 Apr, I don't have anything yet. Not migrated fibre nor the router and UPS which I already paid for. When enquiring why I haven't received the UPS and router yet, the answer was that I haven't paid the delivery fee yet!? I didn't receive an Invoice nor was I informed. I really haven't expected the poor service delivery from Afrihost which was recommended by a few friends. Aggen nee man!
