Afrihost not replying to emails.

I am unable to get updated by Afrihost as to why my Internet speed is less than 0.2mbs. I pay them for a 2 Meg line. It has been about a month. They say that there is a problem on Telkom's side, but they do not tell me why a Telkom technician has not contacted me. I already know Telkom is useless, but that doesn't mean I should have to contact Telkom for faults since my line and Internet is provided by Afrihost. That is my reference number from Afrihost.
