they are not straight forward with you from the beginning. All of a sudden there is now this and that and cancellation fees etc and you must pay. When i inquired about my cancellation NOWHERE was there any mention of cancellation fees, boom now i must pay an amount. This is bull%$#&. Highly not recommendable to use them
