Afrihost not holding their end

Contacted Afrihost to merge my account from Vox for ONE month at my old location and app**** for a new account at my new location, spoke to the consultant who confirmed there will be NO cancellation fee on the merged account for one month (at my old location), however Afrihost send a R999 cancellation invoice, and the accounting department is adement this is applicable. Afrihost recorded the call with the consultant - how do I get a copy of the recording to take the matter furhter?? Ticket ID: IQI-***2
