Afrihost not delivering to commitment

I am an existing client of Afrihost and have received good service in the past, however this has been deatroyed with my latest experience. I have ordered their fixed wireless deal with hardware and indication was given that delivery will be made within 3 - 5 working days after verification of debit order details (which was done a week ago). Following up with Afrihost help centre was no HELP as commitment was given that the will follow up and get back to me the next morning, which never happened. This was experienced twice and still no feedback. Even the Whatsapp assistants cannot assist after numerous requests.

I am now sitting without any connection due to Afrihost not delivering to their commitments.
