Afrihost not delivering as advertised.

I currently have a 75/75 openserve fiber line paying R877 per month. I received an email informing that the line will be increased to a 100/100 at the same price. However, the Afrihost web page offers a 150/150 line at R897. https://www.afrihost.com/fibre/ I had a conversation with an agent on whatsapp but the agent refused to deliver this offer stating that this is only applicable to new connections which is NOT mentioned on the web page. In fact, my contract is month to month and the page says that my existing package can be changed. I would like to take up this offer or is this false advertising?
