Afrihost not an internet provider you can rely on

We requested Fibre service from Afrihost on 11 January 2025 - after a few messages were sent - they finally installed the internet on Saturday, 7 February 2025. Since Saturday afternoon, we have called, exchanged messages, and asked for a technician. Today, 11 February, one month since the service request, we have had nothing but empty promises of urgent notes that will speed up the process.

We've been patient and reasonable, requesting that our internet service should be sorted out. Absolutely no interest and keep logging fault and then promise it will ONLY take 24 to 48 hours!
