Afrihost not a good host!

I paid for my services and was given a deadline but yet they cancelled my services and inform me that I need to register yet again. Why write certain policies and not adhere by them. I work from home and have spent over R500 in 4 days of which is costing me but yet I paid for my subscription and they don’t follow their own rules. I am so frustrated by this and it’s not fair that such companies bully people but yet they are in the wrong. I have been redirected to different agents for the past days but yet no one is giving me an answer but instead I have to repeat my story a 1000 times but no results. Their turn around time is poor and so is their resolution time and yet they pride themselves about service.
